Hi Adele If you have set your Desktop background to slideshow, then those images are located in the folder you set as the source of the slideshow Open the Settings App gear icon on your Start Menu Go to Personalization - background Note the location of the source of the slideshow, then open Windows File explorer and navigate to that folder.
